Lessen is looking for general laborers, subcontractors, and handymen to join our network to handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker’s comp if you have W2 employees)
- Experience working with single-family home investment properties
- Trade license if applicable
- Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)
