Lessen is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance. You will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures and control equipment, as well as training apprentices on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment
- Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
- Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
- Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker’s comp if you have W2 employees)
- Experience working with single-family home investment properties
- Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)
