Landscaper

Lessen is looking for a skilled Landscaper to handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance. You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, watering, raking, sod laying, and sprinkler installation with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
- Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
- Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans
- Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws
- Gather and remove litter
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker’s comp if you have W2 employees)
- Experience working with single- family home investment properties
- Trade license if applicable
- Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)
